We are representing participants in the Sentara 403(b) Savings Plan Plan in the putative class action, Carter, et al. v. Sentara Healthcare Fiduciary Committee, et al. (E.D.V.A. January 8, 2025). We allege that Plaintiffs have been harmed by imprudent and disloyal management of the Plan. In particular, we allege that participants have been harmed by a substandard fixed account. As a result, participants’ retirement savings have not grown as they should have. We are seeking to recover these losses on behalf of Plan participants.
