Shea supports the firm’s new case investigations and active class actions. She has more than a decade of experience in client relations, process improvement, and data analysis. Prior to joining Engstrom Lee, Shea worked at 3M for ten years where she held analyst and training positions, supporting more than 500 employees all around the world.
