We are representing plaintiffs in a putative class action in Tufano, et al. v. Pride Mobility Products Corp., et al. (M.D. Pa. May 7, 2024). Our clients are former participants in the Pride Mobility Products Corp. ESOP. We allege that the ESOP’s fiduciaries violated their duties under ERISA by imprudently investing Plan assets in low-yield short term investments for long periods. Had the ESOP been prudently managed, participants would have more in their accounts. We are seeking to recover additional benefits on behalf of ESOP participants.
