Paralegal & Office Manager

This role will be a hybrid role: 75% paralegal, 25% office manager. As paralegal, this person will be responsible for filing pleadings and motions, calendaring deadlines in active cases, and organizing case files, among other duties, in employment and personal injury matters. As part-time office manager, this person will perform administrative tasks that will require in-person work at our office once a week.

Required Qualifications: 

  • At least two years of experience supporting cases in federal court and state court, including experience supporting trials. Candidates with more experience are strongly encouraged to apply.

  • Excellent attention to detail; highly organized, proactive.

  • Professional manner and ability to interface with clients, opposing counsel, and the court.

  • Familiarity with legal document management systems and e-discovery platforms.

  • Commitment to plaintiff-side work.

Compensation, Benefits, and Perks: 

  • The minimum salary for this position will be $63,000 on an annualized basis. Candidates with more experience will be compensated accordingly and are encouraged to apply.
