We represent participants in a putative class action in Knudsen, et al. v. MetLife Group, Inc., (D.N.J. Jan. 25, 2023). Our clients represent a group of participants in the MetLife Options & Choices Plan, which provided medical, dental, prescription, and life insurance benefits to employees of MetLife Group and its affiliates. The case alleges MetLife Group, the Plan sponsor and fiduciary, improperly retained approximately $65 million in drug rebates negotiated by the Plan's pharmacy benefit manager that it was required to use for the benefit of the Plan and its participants. We seek to recover those rebates.
