Hollandia Produce Group ESOP
We are representing participants in a putative class action in Sawlaw v. Mosaic Capital Investors, LP, et al. (C.D. Cal. March 11, 2024). Our client is a former participant in the Hollandia Produce Group ESOP retirement benefit plan. We allege that the defendants abused the Hollandia ESOP structure for their own profit. The ESOP was terminated less than seven years after it was created, with employees receiving almost no benefit because the supposed fiduciaries of the ESOP took nearly all the value of the company for themselves. We are seeking to recover what the ESOP participants are owed.
