We are representing participants in a putative class action in Moran v. ESOP Committee of the Aluminum Precision Products, Inc. Employee Stock Ownership Plan (C.D. Cal. April 24, 2024). Our client is a participant in the Aluminum Precision Products ESOP. We allege that the ESOP’s fiduciaries violated their duties under ERISA by holding Plan assets in low-yield short term investments for long periods for self-interested reasons. Had the ESOP been prudently managed, participants would have more in their accounts. We are seeking to recover additional benefits on behalf of ESOP participants.
