We are representing participants in a putative class action in Hearn , et al. v. Aberdeen Dynamics Supply, Inc., (N.D. Okla. December 13, 2024). Our client is a participant in the Aberdeen Dynamics Supply ESOP. We allege that the company violated its duties under ERISA by failing to prudently invest the ESOP accounts of former employees, holding millions of dollars of Plan assets in a bank deposit account over a period of years. Had the ESOP been prudently managed, participants would have more in their accounts. We are seeking to recover additional benefits on behalf of ESOP participants.
