We are representing participants in the Action for Boston Community Development, Inc. (ABCD) Tax Sheltered Annuity Plan. This retirement plan is one of the worst performing retirement plans in the country, ranking in the bottom 1% of all similar retirement plans. This is due to the Plan’s heavy investment in an investment option that provides very low investment returns. As a result, participants’ retirement savings are not growing as they should.
