We are representing participants in a putative class action in Williams, et al. v. Shapiro, et al. (N.D. Ill. Sept. 9, 2022). Our clients are current and former employees who were participants in the A360, Inc. Employee Stock Ownership Plan when that plan was closed in September 2019. The case alleges that company executives deprived participants of more than $35 million in additional benefits that they were entitled to by orchestrating a buyback of the company for less than fair market value. We seek to recover those lost benefits.
